Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring with Ansible and Prometheus
- Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency
- Implement security hardening and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Drive innovation in cloud architecture and automation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with cloud environments
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure management
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or DevOps tools preferred
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging (ELK, Grafana)
- Proven track record of reducing deployment failures by 50%+
