Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to solve high-impact business problems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data ingestion to stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate analytical findings into product features
- Develop robust data pipelines and automate reporting workflows
- Mentor junior scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Present findings to executive leadership using compelling data visualizations
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques through research and experimentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with Python/R
- Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hive)
- Strong SQL skills and database optimization knowledge
