Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and implement data pipelines.
- Perform rigorous exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.
- Optimize existing models for accuracy, speed, and scalability using Python and cloud technologies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay current on industry trends and integrate new methodologies into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
