Responsibilities
- Conduct Advanced Data Analysis: Interpret large, complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights that directly support business objectives.
- Design Data Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Database Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop statistical models to forecast market trends and assist in long-term strategic planning and financial projections.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management and marketing teams to translate complex data requirements into technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to increase departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- BI Tools: Extensive hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and derive logical conclusions.
