Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Develop and execute data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Advanced SQL Proficiency: Write complex queries, optimize database performance, and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Visual Reporting: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present insights to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with ETL processes.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
