Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps automation
- Architect disaster recovery solutions with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance benchmarks
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into cloud architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP Professional, CCSP, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success in optimizing cloud environments for performance/cost
