Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-availability AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and Jenkins
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through architectural best practices
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical production systems
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud security and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Document infrastructure designs and runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AWS architecture experience with 3+ years in production environments
- Expert-level knowledge of CloudFormation, EC2, S3, Lambda, and VPC
- Proven track record in Terraform infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash and infrastructure automation
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (SAP) required
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
