Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers to define product requirements.
- Optimize database queries and ensure system reliability and security.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Participate in architectural planning and technology stack decision-making.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
