Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-performance AI inference.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge devices and cloud environments, reducing latency and improving throughput.
- Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and scalability as we scale to global markets.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
