Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our next-generation AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, safety, and agentic capabilities.
- Architect Scalable LLM Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant pipelines for Large Language Models, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate cutting-edge research in multimodal AI and reinforcement learning into production-ready software architecture.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Spearhead the development of guidelines and technical constraints to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, safe, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our core product suite.
- Optimize Resource Efficiency: Innovate on compute optimization techniques to reduce operational costs while maximizing model performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Transformer architectures, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and align technical strategy with long-term business goals.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring senior engineering teams and driving technical decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
