Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver breakthrough AI features.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable AI systems, focusing on latency reduction, cost-efficiency, and model accuracy.
- Establish and enforce ethical AI guidelines, ensuring responsible data usage and algorithmic fairness.
- Drive research initiatives to explore emerging technologies such as Neural Rendering and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of launching production-grade AI products and managing large-scale model training.
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
