Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI and Machine Learning roadmap for the 2026 strategic planning cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Legal) to integrate ethical AI practices.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Lead architecture reviews for high-impact internal tools and customer-facing products.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy for startups or enterprise-level organizations.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Neural Networks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience managing budgets and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
