Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of 8+ senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, integrating cutting-edge advancements into our core product.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate data streams (financial, climate, social) into a cohesive simulation framework.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems at scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
