Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Design and maintain the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, integrating AI, cloud-native solutions, and quantum computing trends.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that handle millions of transactions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Research & Development: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative adversarial networks, autonomous agents) and prototype viable solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Principal AI/ML role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering them on time.
