Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and drive the technical vision for our flagship AI platform, focusing on autonomous agents and generative workflows.
- Design Intelligent Systems: Build scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems that operate with minimal human oversight.
- Optimize Performance: Implement cutting-edge techniques in model compression and edge computing to ensure high-speed inference.
- Lead R&D: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI paradigms to keep FutureScale at the forefront of the industry.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure Safety & Ethics: Establish guardrails and ethical constraints for autonomous AI agents to ensure responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying LLM-based applications and Agentic workflows.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
