The Role: You will be responsible for designing scalable neural architectures and optimizing model inference for real-time robotic applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation neural networks for autonomous agents and smart systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource consumption for edge computing environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineers to integrate AI models into physical devices.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI research and methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of GPU optimization (CUDA) and parallel computing.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
