Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key trends in AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Sustainable Computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives and market demands.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging technologies to determine feasibility and ROI for large-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Partnership Management: Foster relationships with key technology partners, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures designed for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting with a focus on AI and Future Tech.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
