- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth targets
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation investments with long-term business objectives
- Build and mentor high-performance innovation teams through agile methodologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ transformative products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and innovation communities
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
