Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data in real-time.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Optimize Performance: Fine-tune models for latency, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences across global platforms.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for Responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all deployed systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage the end-to-end deployment of AI workloads on AWS or GCP, leveraging containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and MLOps practices.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and Neural Radiance Fields into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading architectural decisions.
- Modeling: Proven track record of developing, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creativity: A passion for solving complex problems with innovative AI solutions.
