Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting milestones and capabilities required for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Neuro-symbolic AI) and integrate them into our product pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Futuristic Outlook: A strong passion for emerging technologies and the ability to anticipate future industry trends.
