Responsibilities
- Architect and lead multi-disciplinary innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing disruptive prototypes across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and global innovation ecosystems
- Translate emerging research into commercializable IP with patent applications
- Champion human-centered design principles in all technological deployments
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-generation talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with demonstrated impact on 3+ major industry disruptions
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with publication record in top-tier journals
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ in R&D funding or corporate innovation budgets
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio of launched products or technologies with >1M users
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (TED talks, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
