Responsibilities
- Lead Research: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation autonomous AI agents, focusing on reasoning, planning, and multi-step execution capabilities.
- Model Training: Design and implement novel training methodologies for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal systems to enhance accuracy and safety.
- Paper Publication: Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) to establish thought leadership.
- Technical Strategy: Translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready code and architectural solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product engineering teams to integrate advanced AI models into real-world applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research, with a proven track record of leading significant projects.
