Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design and implement scalable deep learning models and quantum algorithms capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Drive the research and development roadmap for our proprietary AI core, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the integration of cloud infrastructure with on-premise quantum processing units to ensure maximum efficiency and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends to ensure our systems remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-performance computing environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
