Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, focusing on high-scale, low-latency AI inference pipelines.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning algorithms tailored to enterprise scalability.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex technical requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
- Optimize existing models for energy efficiency and reduced computational overhead.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Vector Databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
