Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, ensuring architectural scalability.
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems and AI integrations.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize system performance for high-throughput environments.
- Drive architectural decisions that reduce technical debt and future-proof our platform.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong grasp of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
