- Lead Cloud Migration: Drive the transition to cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring seamless integration and cost optimization.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to senior engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with GDPR and SOC2 standards.
- Technical Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML integration) to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Systems Architecture within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with AWS or Azure architecture and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage cross-functional projects, and mentor junior staff.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
