Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale deployment.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
