Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and innovation portfolio management
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment decisions
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in high-growth environments
