Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for production environments.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and implement novel architectures to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are upheld in all projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with large-scale datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
