Responsibilities
- Lead the Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the core infrastructure roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring maximum scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Technical Strategy Definition: Select and implement the optimal technology stack, including cloud-native solutions and edge computing protocols.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex architectural concepts into clear business strategies.
- Innovation Integration: Research and integrate bleeding-edge AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics into the core system architecture.
- Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive data in a decentralized, future-ready environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong plus).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience working with AI integration, big data processing, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system failures and design robust contingency plans.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to diverse audiences.
