Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum machine learning algorithms for practical deployment.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum circuits and error correction protocols.

- Conduct research into advanced quantum states and novel computing paradigms.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging quantum hardware and software stacks to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil, or PennyLane).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and classical machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Track record of research publication in top-tier conferences (e.g., Quantum, NeurIPS, ICML).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for quantum workloads.
