Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models for 2026 product roadmaps.
- Lead the architecture of AI infrastructure to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms, including LLMs and generative AI.
- Optimize existing models for production environments and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for the AI team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
