Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize existing models for low-latency, high-throughput inference in production environments.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (4+ years of experience required).
- Extensive experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, primarily Python, with experience in C++ for performance-critical components.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
