- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, system audits, and performance tuning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
