Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiative, aligning with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in deploying next-gen AI solutions and scalable systems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and resilience for high-volume global operations and data processing.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neural networks) to integrate into our core stack.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable software products.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into production environments.
- Strong understanding of System Design patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading distributed engineering teams.
