Responsibilities

- Produce annual Horizon Reports for executive board on innovation trajectories
- Establish ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions (e.g., ambient computing, synthetic biology)
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for future innovations
- Mentor junior futurists on trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, system dynamics modeling)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
