Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
- Optimize inference pipelines for high-scale production environments to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to integrate advanced AI features into our consumer-facing applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends and implement novel architectures.
- Review code and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products to market.
