Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM-based agentic workflows to solve real-world problems.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost using quantization and efficient serving techniques.
- Design robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks and safety alignment protocols for AI agents.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate technical requirements into cutting-edge AI features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Deep understanding of LLM architecture, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
