Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and computational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience deploying large-scale models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
