Responsibilities

- Optimize AI inference pipelines for speed, accuracy, and memory efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and MLOps.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies to support the company's 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
