Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of high-scale machine learning pipelines targeting the 2026 production release cycle.
- Oversee the migration to edge-computing architectures for real-time, low-latency data processing.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers in best practices for secure, ethical, and scalable AI development.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for global deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Establish MLOps standards to streamline model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at scale.
- Strong proficiency with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with neural networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading technical strategy.
