Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive "2026 Roadmap" for all technological initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals.
- Lead high-level R&D projects in Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Decryption.
- Identify emerging market trends and disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the global market.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-risk, high-reward futuristic projects.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, tech pioneers, and industry thought leaders.
- Drive organizational change management to prepare the workforce for the technological shifts of 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level executive role.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing ecosystems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
