Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent
- 10+ years in R&D with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published author in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in AI ethics and sustainable tech frameworks
- Proven track record of launching 3+ patented products
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with federated learning and blockchain architectures
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SBI preferred)
