Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline long-term technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Research, prototype, and validate cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Algorithms, and Web3 protocols.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, future-proof infrastructure that can handle exponential data growth and complex computational loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Manage a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists focused on innovation and experimental projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Implement next-generation cybersecurity protocols to protect intellectual property and user data.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or futurist role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Native architecture, and Quantum computing principles.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify trends before they become mainstream and apply them to business problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and driving technical change.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on long-term strategic problem solving.
