Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for production environments.
- Define Roadmaps: Lead the technical vision for the 2026 era, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our ecosystem.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading innovation initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with creative and scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
