Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on autonomous agents and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize large-scale machine learning models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
