Your Mission
As the Senior Director of Project 2026, you will be responsible for translating long-term strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps. You will lead a world-class team of engineers and data scientists in developing the algorithms that will power the next decade of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the comprehensive vision for Project 2026, aligning technical objectives with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and researchers in the development of advanced AI models.
- Project Roadmap: Develop and manage the detailed technical roadmap, ensuring milestones are met with high-quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and external partners to secure buy-in for innovative solutions.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure project profitability.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
