- Design robust, fault-tolerant data pipelines capable of ingesting and processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver breakthrough AI solutions.
- Define and implement ethical AI guidelines, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical requirements into feasible architectural blueprints.
- Research emerging technologies in the 2026 tech landscape, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex machine learning systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and mentoring senior staff.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
