Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures for AI-driven automation and quantum-integrated hardware.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- Code & System Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve system latency, throughput, and security protocols for distributed computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Innovation Labs: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and establish coding standards to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and model deployment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to architect solutions for complex, ambiguous problems with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
