Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems using Python, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex AI concepts into robust, deployable solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speed and data pipeline efficiency to handle real-time processing demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is essential.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
